Refund & Privacy Policy
We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn't right, here’s how we handle returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
- A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- Exchanges are available for items of the same value. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- All return requests must be submitted via email.
- Refunds will be issued via e-Transfer once the item is received and inspected.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. The personal information you provide (such as name, email, phone number, and shipping address) is used solely to process and deliver your order.
We do not share, sell, or store your data beyond what is necessary for our shop’s operations. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal).
